D. Electroacoustic music

"Dense Time" (1985-1986) A collection of short experimental pieces made with analogue synthesizers.

"Ultimate Effort" (1986) (UPIC-TAPE MUSIC). A piece created on the digital sytem "UPIC" invented by the composer Iannis Xenakis. It was performed at the electroacoustic music festival of Bourges in 1986, where it made an impression, and the next year it was awarded the "residence" prize in the International festival of electraocoustic music of Bourges. Since then, it has been performed in many countries.

"Temple of the Afternoon" (1987) (UPIC-TAPE MUSIC). Also created with "UPIC" by Xenakis.

"Pre-Exposure" or "A may of 20 mays" (1988) (TAPE). Created with analogue and digital synthesizers for the 20th anniversary since the May of 68. It was released as part of a collection during the Bienalle of Bolognia (COI DISCHI-ITALY).

"Lines at an exhibition" (1989) (UPIC-TAPE). Composed on the "UPIC" system and digital synthesizers, for the exhibition of the sculptor Nefeli at the center for contemporary art "Ileana Tounda", in 1989, in Athens.

"Camera Music"-"Blue box" (1989) (COMPUTER). Algorithmic Music created on original software that was programmed by C.S. It was first presented at the center for contemporary art in Athens and was the basis for the multimedia piece "Octalogia" that was presented in "Titanium Gallery" in 1992.

"Drained Planet" (1989-1990) (PODX-TAPE). Created in the Elecronic Music Studios of Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada with the PODX system of granular sound synthesis of prof. Barry Truax. C.S. went there as an "invited composer" after his award in Bourges.

"Full Circle" (1991) (TAPE AND COMPUTER). A piece with minimalistic references that marked the turning of C.S. to tonal music. It was accompanied by a video created with the original software "midivision" developed by the programmer and graphic artist Manos Kantzos and C.S. The program produced real time comuter graphics based on Midi data (an idea that was implemented later by the company "Steinberg"). It was first presented in the theater of the Hellenic-American Union in the series of concerts "Millenium" organized by the composer Theodore Antoniou.

"EXPLORING THE IMMATERIAL" (2000) Electroacoustic music and poetry narration..Narration by the actor Minas Hatzisavvas and the poet Jiannis Tzannetakis Some tracks are composed on the UPIC.Others were parts of C.S.'s multimedia performances
